My 12 Shades of Awesome Home Remodeling

If you're friends with me on Facebook, you know I've been quite busy with the home owner projects.  I'm currently in the midst of putting in a pocket door which was considerably more difficult than I thought it was going to be, but the end is in sight nonetheless.  I'll post some pictures when it's all done.  

A couple weeks ago, I put up some waynsecoting in our guest bathroom that came out quite well if I do say so myself.  

Back when the G-Train and I lived in Bangor, NY, we built one thing after another at our house.  Before that, I helped build many projects both at my jobs and where I lived.  Here are some pictures from those days.

When I worked for a construction company back in the late 80s, I helped out on two projects before they laid me off.  One was putting in some balconies at an apartment complex and the other was installing an ATM at a bank.
